Can I choose the courier or specify a delivery time?Our logistics are automatically assigned based on your region and delivery efficiency, so we do not typically support choosing a courier or requesting a fixed delivery time. However, if you wish to arrange your own courier (e.g. SF Express, Lalamove) or send a courier to collect your order from our warehouse, we’re happy to assist—provided it is arranged during our opening days (Sunday and Monday) and you contact us in advance to confirm the details. For deliveries outside of Hong Kong, please contact us first to ensure the selected courier allows liquid products and meets the necessary handling conditions.

Does EHD have a physical store?EHD operates as an online-exclusive store and does not have a publicly accessible retail shop. However, if you wish to purchase or pick up products in person, our Hung Hom warehouse is available by appointment on Sundays or Mondays, and we can assist with pre-arranged product selection or collection during your visit. All in-person visits must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp, so we can prepare accordingly. The warehouse is a working space and not an open-door retail outlet, so advance booking is required.

How long does a refund or exchange take?Once we receive your return request, we usually review and respond within 1–2 business days. If a return is required, we will arrange a refund or replacement after we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in acceptable condition. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after our confirmation, and will be credited to the original payment method (depending on your bank or payment provider) Exchanges will be dispatched within 1–3 business days after approval For pre-order items, shipping time will vary — please refer to the product page for specific timelines. All timeframes mentioned refer to business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Processing may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or under special circumstances.

Can I return a pre-order item?Yes. Pre-order items are also eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy. If your pre-order item is damaged, incorrect, or has other non-human-related issues, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Please submit your request by email with your order number and reason. For damaged items, clear photos are required. Pre-order items are currently out of stock and will typically be dispatched within 5–9 business days after order placement. However, actual delivery time may vary depending on restocking progress. Please refer to the product page for item-specific estimates. Please note that pre-order items cannot be expedited. If you need the product urgently, we recommend selecting an in-stock item.

Can I request a return or exchange?If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has other non-human-related issues, you may request a return or exchange. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt and provide clear product photos along with your order number. If the item appears damaged upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible, and include photos of all original packaging, the delivery box, and the product for assessment. We do not accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions: Personal preferences (e.g. scent, texture, or unmet expectations) Opened or used products, or items not in their original packaging (including boxes or labels) Items not purchased through our official EHD website Requests made after the 10 days Clearance items, promotional bundles, or special set offers Refunds requested for full orders without returning free gifts Once the return is approved, we generally recommend returning the item via courier. Alternatively, in-person returns are accepted upon appointment and confirmation, and must be scheduled according to warehouse opening days (currently Sunday and Monday). If I request a refund for the entire order, do I need to return the free gift?Yes. If you request a refund for the entire order, all free gifts included with the order must be returned together in unused and original condition. If the free gift is not returned, EHD reserves the right to deduct its value from the total refund amount or decline the refund of the full order. Free gifts must be returned via courier together with the other products. Shipping arrangement follows the same policy as regular returns.

Can EHD update the return and refund policy?Yes. EHD reserves the right to revise, update, or change any part of this return, refund and exchange policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on our website, and we recommend checking the policy page periodically for updates. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

If your order includes any pre-order items (i.e., currently out of stock), the full order will be shipped once all items are available. Pre-orders are typically dispatched within 5–9 business days after order placement. If your order contains only in-stock items and you require urgent handling, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp — we will do our best to assist. Can I pick up my order in person?Yes. If you prefer in-person pickup, we offer a self-pickup option at our Hung Hom warehouse location. As we primarily operate online, the warehouse is only open on Sundays and Mondays, and pickup requires a confirmed appointment. What delivery areas do you cover and how is shipping calculated?We currently deliver to the following areas. Shipping fees are as follows: Hong Kong: Free delivery for orders over HK$350. How can I place an order on the EHD website?Browse our product pages and select the items you wish to purchase. Click “Add to Cart” for each item. When you’re ready, click the cart icon or the word “Cart” at the top right corner of the website. Review your selected items and proceed to checkout. Guest checkout is supported — no registration is required. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy a new member discount, view your purchase history, and start earning reward points. Please note that postal codes are not used in Hong Kong and Macau. You may simply enter "NA" or "0000" in the postal code field when filling out your shipping address.

What payment methods are accepted by EHD?EHD accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card (powered by Stripe) We support all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and also Alipay (Mainland China). PayPal You may pay using your PayPal account or check out with a credit card via PayPal. Offline Payment Options - FPS (Faster Payment System): You can transfer funds via FPS using either our FPS ID or our WhatsApp phone number. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us to request our bank account details. - WeChat Pay & AlipayHK: Scan the QR codes on our payment page. If your device cannot scan the code, feel free to contact us for a direct payment link. After payment, please send your payment proof to us via WhatsApp or email so we can verify and process your order. Offline payments must be completed and confirmed within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and must be placed again.

What is offline payment?Offline payment refers to a method where the transaction is not completed through real-time systems (such as credit card payment via Stripe, or PayPal account/credit card checkout). Instead, customers manually complete the payment after placing an order—using FPS, scanning a QR code, or making a bank transfer—and then notify us with proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
