Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

EHD is committed to delivering products in perfect condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help. You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 10 days of receipt (subject to stock availability), provided the conditions below are met.

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange:

  • The original invoice is presented

  • All tags, instructions, labels, certificates, warranties etc. are intact and returned with the product

  • The product meets the definition of “Sellable Condition”

  • The product is not part of the Excluded Items listed below (except for Damaged Products)

If the return is not due to a product issue, the item must be returned via courier at the customer's expense and risk.
Refunds will only be arranged after verifying the product is intact and in original condition.

Sellable Condition
Products must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact, in the condition originally sold, and free from any damage, stains, or signs of use.

Excluded Items (Non-returnable)
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases (except for Damaged Products):

  • Products not in sellable condition

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Promotional sets and bundled offers

  • Opened or used items

  • Items not purchased from our official website

  • Requests based on personal preference (e.g. scent, texture, unmet expectations)

  • Requests submitted after the 10 days

  • Refunds of full orders without returning free gifts

Damaged Products
If your item appears damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ehd-hk.com with your order number and clear photographs.
Please include images of all original packaging, including internal cushioning and the outer courier box.

  • Fair wear and tear is not considered damage

  • If human mishandling is suspected, EHD reserves the right to decline the request

  • We may request the product be returned for inspection:

    • If found to be due to customer misuse → return shipping is at customer’s cost

    • If confirmed as product defect prior to dispatch → return shipping will be covered by EHD

Return Procedure

  • Email us at support@ehd-hk.com within 10 days of receiving your item

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether refund or exchange is requested

  • If approved, we’ll notify you via email

  • All returns must be sent via courier at the customer’s expense and responsibility

  • Unauthorised or non-courier returns will be refused

  • For exchanges, customers must arrange delivery of the replacement item

EHD reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Please check this page periodically for updates.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
