Book a time to collect your order or select products at our office pickup point.
Service Description
Advance booking is required for all visits. Our pickup point is located inside an industrial building and is not a retail store. Visits without an appointment are not available. For order pickup, please show your order number when you arrive. For product selection, please briefly let us know which products or brands you are interested in so we can prepare in advance. Product availability may vary. Address Room 51, A2F2, 12/F, Hang Fung Industrial Building Phase 2, 2G Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong The location is approximately an 8 to 10 minute walk from Whampoa or Ho Man Tin MTR Station, and approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from To Kwa Wan MTR Station. Actual walking time may vary depending on the station exit, route and walking pace. Please arrive at your booked time. New bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation All visits must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. Online booking will not be available within 2 hours of the selected appointment time. Clients may reschedule or cancel their bookings online up to 1 hour before the appointment time, free of charge. For changes within 1 hour of the appointment, please contact our customer service team directly. 2. Arrival and No Show Please arrive at the booked time. We do not charge cancellation or no show fees. However, late arrival may shorten the available appointment time. If we are unable to accommodate your visit, a new booking may be required. 3. Order Pickup Please show your order number upon arrival when collecting an order. 4. Product Selection For product selection, please let us know which products or brands you are interested in when booking so we can prepare in advance. Product availability may vary. Advance notice does not guarantee that every product will be available. 5. Visit Arrangements Our pickup point is located inside an industrial building and is not a retail store. Advance booking is required for all visits. Visitors without a confirmed booking may not be accommodated. 6.
