Customs Regulations (China)
Due to regulations by the General Administration of Customs of China:
➤ Each package must NOT exceed RMB 800
➤ If your order exceeds RMB 800:
• It will be split into multiple shipments
➤ If your order exceeds RMB 1600:
• Shipments will be sent across multiple days
➤ Recipient information restriction:
• Name, phone number, ID number and address
• Can only be used once per day
➤ If your order is over RMB 800 and you need help:
• Contact us (Email / WeChat ID: EHD-HK)

After placing your order, you will receive:

Upload link (from SF Express)
What you need to upload
➤ Identification document ONLY
• China ID card
• OR Passport (any country is accepted, subject to SF Express requirements)
How to upload
You can choose ONE of the following:
➤ Option 1: Upload via Email Link
• Click the link provided in the email
• Follow instructions to upload
➤ Option 2: Upload via SF Express App
• Open SF Express App
• Enter your tracking number
• Follow instructions to upload

Important Conditions
⚠️ Incorrect information (ID / address):
• Shipment will be returned to us
⚠️ Returned orders:
• No refund will be issued
⚠️ If you want reshipping:
• You must provide correct information
• You must pay FULL shipping fee again
Import Duties & Taxes
➤ Your order may be subject to import duties by China Customs
➤ Estimated tax range:
• 13% to 60%
• Hair & skincare products: typically 25%
How tax is handled
➤ SF Express will:
• Pay the tax first on your behalf
➤ Customer must:
• Pay SF Express upon delivery
Restricted Items (Cannot Ship to Mainland China)
Due to customs regulations, the following items are NOT allowed:

• Refund will be arranged
Important Notice (No Response / No ID Upload Policy)
If no response is received within 3 days from our notification, and the required identification document has not been uploaded, the order may not be processed or shipped.
This includes the following situations:

No reply to our email

No contact via WeChat
-
No enquiry regarding the order
In such cases:

The order will be considered incomplete due to lack of customer response

We reserve the right not to process or ship the order

Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

Failure to complete this requirement will result in the order being treated as unfulfilled or cancelled
