The 92% natural-origin content includes water and is calculated according to ISO 16128. The 99% biodegradable ingredients figure is calculated according to the OECD 301 method.

The smoothness and 72-hour anti-frizz results are based on instrumental tests on hair locks treated with LOVE Smoothing Shampoo, Conditioner and Lightweight Milk. Smoothness was measured as a reduction in surface area compared with untreated hair. Shine was measured instrumentally using the same three-product routine compared with untreated hair. The hydration result is based on an instrumental test using LOVE Smoothing Shampoo, Mask and Serum compared with untreated hair. These are complete routine results, not results from shampoo alone.

How to Use
- Apply to wet hair.
- Massage and rinse thoroughly.
- Repeat if needed.
- Follow with a suitable conditioner or mask.
Refill Instructions
- Remove the cap from the shampoo bottle.
- In a clean, dry place, pour shampoo from the refill pouch into the bottle.
- Replace the bottle cap and reseal the refill pouch.
- Do not rinse the shampoo bottle between refills.
- Record the date of each refill and the batch number.
